Welcome to Section 42-D. The area where fan fiction and other writings will be placed. This is a general information area for Space Opera fans to express themselves about their favorite hero in fiction and articles . The title Section 42-D is a reference to the Polaris Unit's dorm room. What better place to kick back and relax and let your hair down. Join in with the bull session and add to the fun. Don't be shy, send in your fiction, thoughts or articles to the Space Academy.

TOM CORBETT UNIVERSE SERIES BOOK

This is a world of the future. Man has travelled to the stars in atomic rockets and begun the hard and often dangerous task of colonizing other worlds and moons. The Planets and Kids series books are designed to introduce young readers to these worlds via a tour of the planets. Each book will cover one of our Planets in the Solar System with the TC Universe as the backdrop.

Planets and Kids Book 1: Mary-Jo: A Girl from Earth:The first in the new series is on-line for your review and comments. Feel free to offer suggestions, graphics or ideas for the series. The author needs your input.

TOM CORBETT PHOTO ALBUM

Volume One of Tom Corbett photos by Chuck Lassen. Each photo has comments and observations by Chuck in keeping with the spirit of fan memories and observations. Check back as new photos are added. Other volumes of Tom Corbett as well as other heroes are in the plans so stay tuned.
Volume Two of Tom Corbett photos and commentary by Chuck Lassen includes some nice colorized photos by Tom Powers. Paul Greene has contributed more pictures from his father's files as well as a few photo's sent in by Jan Merlin. Chuck has added his comments and observations that bring back many memories to us older cadets. So sit back and enjoy another volume about your favorite space hero.

Long time fan Albert Hale takes us to the 1992 Memphis Film Festival to see Tom Corbett (Frankie Thomas), Roger Manning (Jan Merlin), and Buzz Corry (Ed Kemmer) together for a special show.
